Tabitha Store provides US citizens a means of ordering cottage goods direct from
Tabitha Cambodia which strives towards social
and economic improvement for Cambodia's rural population. We are extremely grateful
for your support. In order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, we would
like to inform you about the terms and condition for orders and shipping
information as following.
1 Handmade products For all orders, due to the nature of our products which are
all made by hand,
small variations in composition, shape, texture and color should be expected.
These variances make every piece unique and add to the artistic values and style
which are inherent in our products. Note that features as described in the
product description are not to be considered quality defects.
2 Price changes
Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without
notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to
revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
(including after an order has been submitted).
3 Shipping policy Tabitha Cambodia uses 3rd parties specialized in shipping,
namely DHL. With them
Tabitha Cambodia can ship to virtually any address in the world. Tabitha
Cambodia makes no profit on shipment costs and strives to provide you
with the best prices and services.
4 Shipping via DHL All shipments under 60 kg will be sent via DHL (www.dhl.com).
The shipment is
made by plane and the delivery is Door to door and should be made within 7 to 10
days.
5 Packaging
The packaging is free, however the weight of the
packaging is included in the price of shipping.
6 Time required for delivery Delivery date may vary according to stock
availability, product characteristics,
customs and any other factor caused by a 3rd party. Tabitha Cambodia shall not
be responsible for any delay or damage caused by related or 3rd party such as
freight forwarder, customs etc Most items are delivered in time with the following rule:

Shipment
under 60 kg through DHL: Shipment by air 7 to 10 days.
7 Customs You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your
local customs office for further information.
8 Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment process has been
completed. Due to
our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed
our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Tabitha Cambodia
endeavor to deliver products in a timely manner. In the process of importing
hand-made products, there are numerous factors beyond Tabitha Cambodia's control, which can cause delay, sometimes in excess of 90
days. You agree that any delay in fulfillment will not be cause to
cancel this order. Tabitha Cambodia cannot be held responsible for any consequence resulting from
delay in delivery of this order.
9 Partial deliveries You agree to accept partial delivery of order if ever
Tabitha Cambodia cannot
provide all products ordered.
10 Insurance The insurance via DHL is 1,5% of the value of the order, with a
minimum of USD
10. This insurance covers the replacement and the transport of every defective
item: broken, mistaken
11 Damaged or defective items -
Return Great care and effort is taken by Tabitha Cambodia to deliver damage and defect
free product. However occasionally products may still be damaged in transport or
arrive with defects, in which case you get replacement only if you have
subscribed the insurance.

It
is your responsibility to report any damage or defect within 15 (fifteen)
business days of receipt of order by e-mail: orders@tabithastore.com.
It is also your responsibility to send a picture.

Defective
items can be replaced after confirmation by Tabitha Cambodia. Replacement costs
are born by Tabitha Cambodia if you have subscribed the insurance.

Shipment
costs are born by shipment companies if you have subscribed the insurance.

Tabitha Store" and "Tabitha USA" assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these materials.
